Can you explain the typical lanyard features?
A quick explaination of the features of your lanyard...
The lanyard material...
The full length around the loop is approximately 900mm (0.9m). We can print your logo or text along the entire length on 1 or both sides and specify different colours and widths for the lanyard itself.
Available lanyard types..
Flat Style
Flat polyester lanyard with an optional high quality screen print of your text or logo design.
Our most popular custom printed lanyard, perfect for a huge range of applications.

Tube Style
Manufactured from polyester in a tube shape giving a slightly softer feeling lanyard.
These lanyards can also be printed with your custom logo or design creating a simple and functional product.

Heat Transfer Printed
A smart and smooth flat lanyard with a special heat transfer print allowing a fully customised design to be produced. |

End attachments...
On the end of your lanyard you have lots of choices for the type of attachment you want. You can have various clips ideal for cards, keys and passes or a mobile string, split ring or badge clip. It is possible to have a combination of end attachments on your lanyard. Please contact us for details.
Safety buckles...
We recommend you add a safety buckle to your lanyard, usually positioned behind the neck. This allows the lanyard to 'break' safely if it is caught, pulled or snagged, preventing personal injury. You can then simply re-attach the safety buckle and carry on using your product again without any permanent damage.
Releaseable clips...
You have the option to add in a releasable clip, usually positioned just above the the end attachment. This allows you to remove the
end section of the lanyard over and over again rather than having to remove the whole lanyard from your neck or belt.

We're an internet based business so keep our costs low by reducing overheads, as such we don't have dedicated phonelines (as it's costly to staff these all day) so you can't call us - please email all enquiries.

DELIVERY...
What lead times do you have for delivery?
For online shop orders:
Items from our online shop stock are usually delivered within 3 working days. For the majority of smaller orders we use Royal Mail, so you will not need to sign upon delivery.
For invoiced orders:
Once the order has been confirmed by us and you have either made payment or we have agreed credit then we can process the order. From this point onwards delivery will usually take between 3-4weeks for custom lanyard orders and between 5-7working days for standard accessories. These are high quality lanyards and we don't cut corners to rush the manufacturing process, ensuring your product is exactly what you ordered.
If you require delivery to an address outside of the UK mainland then please email us with your location and the products you require, then we can give you an exact quote.

How much does the delivery cost?
For online shop orders:
Delivery to the UK mainland is included for orders over £25.
For orders under £25 a one-off charge of £1.95 is added at the checkout.
For custom invoiced orders:
Delivery to the UK mainland is included in the prices listed.
If you require delivery to an address outside of the UK mainland then please email us with your location and the products you require, then we can give you an exact quote.

PAYMENT...
How do I pay for my order?
Simple and secure payment procedures...
For online shop orders:
Payment can be made by most credit or debit cards for purchases through our online shop.
We use PayPal transaction handling services to process all payments. This is simple to use and you won't get charged any fees.
Please note that you don't need a Paypal account for using the shop, they just handle the transaction.

For custom invoiced orders:
We'll email you a full invoice for your order, together with a design proof picture for your lanyard if required. All the details to make payment are on the invoice - you have the choice of paying by bank transfer (BACS), cheque or credit / debit card online.
You only need to make payment once you are 100% happy with the details and design proof.
All prices listed are in GBP (£sterling) and are exclusive of VAT at the current.

RETURNS...
Can I return the items I bought?
Any products supplied by us that are made to a customer’s specifications we will not offer a refund for unless they are faulty - as we can't re-sell them if you just change your mind.
You may return stock items bought from our online shop, if these are not satisfactory, within 7days. Returned products should be unused and the cost of return is at your expense.
Any products that are not as described or faulty should be notified to us within 7days, then after you have returned the goods (at your expense) we will replace or refund the products at our discrection.
Goods returned without prior communication cannot be processed so please email us first before returning anything.

Is my personal information secure?
Our online payments are provided by PayPal - the leading online transaction provider with full security measures to protect customer purchases and information.
Any information held by Pure Lanyards is limited to the minimum required to process your order and is stored offline to prevent unauthorised access by any outside parties.
