What type of designs can you print?
We can print standard text or more complicated picture logos along the length of the lanyard.You can email your design to us, with instructions on colour, size, pattern etc and we'll produce a design proof for you to approve by email before the order is finalised.
Please remember that your design will need to replicated in small scale on your lanyard, so any complicated patterns may not be completely suitable for printing - we'll always advise you of any such instances.

A few things to consider when choosing the colour of your lanyard...We use the Pantone Matching System of colours. This is a comprehensive database of standardised colours and should provide a perfect match for every need. If you're unfamiliar with Pantone colours then simply send us something with the colour you want on and we'll match it for you as close as possible.

A quick explaination of the features of your lanyard...The lanyard material...
The full length around the loop is approximately 900mm (0.9m). We can print your logo or text along the entire length on 1 or both sides and specify different colours and widths for the lanyard itself.End attachments...
On the end of your lanyard you have lots of choices for the type of attachment you want. You can have various clips ideal for cards, keys and passes or a mobile string, split ring or badge clip. It is possible to have a combination of end attachments on your lanyard. Please contact us for details.Safety buckles...
We recommend you add a safety buckle to your lanyard, usually positioned behind the neck. This allows the lanyard to 'break' safely if it is caught, pulled or snagged, preventing personal injury. You can then simply re-attach the safety buckle and carry on using your product again without any permanent damage.Releaseable clips...
You have the option to add in a releasable clip, usually positioned just above the the end attachment. This allows you to remove the end section of the lanyard over and over again rather than having to remove the whole lanyard from your neck or belt.Click here to return to the top of the page

Simple and secure payment procedures...For custom invoiced orders:
We'll email you a full invoice for your order, together with a design proof picture. All the details to make payment are on the invoice - you have the choice of paying by bank transfer (BACS), cheque or credit / debit card online.You only need to make payment once you are 100% happy with the details and design proof.
For online shop orders:
Payment can be made by most credit or debit cards for purchases through our online shop.We use PayPal transaction handling services to process all payments. This is simple to use and you won't get charged any fees to use this.
Please note that you don't need a Paypal account for using the shop, they just handle the transaction.
All prices listed are in GBP (£sterling) and are exclusive of VAT.

For custom invoiced orders:
Once you've approved the proof of your design and made payment we can process the order. From this point delivery will usually take between 3-4weeks. These are high quality lanyards and we don't cut corners to rush the manufacturing process, ensuring your product is exactly what you ordered.For online shop orders:
Delivery options for purchases from our online shop are described on the online shop page.If you require delivery to an address outside of the UK mainland then there may be a small surcharge - we'll let you know upfront when you place your order - there are no hidden costs with us.

Any products supplied by us that are made to a customer’s specifications we will not offer a refund for - as we can't re-sell them if you change your mind.You may return stock items bought from our online shop, if these are not satisfactory, within 7days. Returned products should be unused and the cost of return is at the expense of the purchaser.
Any products that are not as described or faulty should be notified to us within 7days, then we will replace or refund the products at our discrection.
Goods returned without prior communication cannot be processed so please email us first.
